New Behavioral Network is Hiring a BCBA Near Bear, DE
Full time position available for an experienced BCBA to work with children and teens who may have comorbidities.
These children are temporarily housed in a facility in order to assist them to develop coping skills, and to decrease maladaptive behaviors in order to return to their families. The responsibilities will include providing assessments for each child, developing a treatment plan, and working with staffin order to train them in ABA protocols and teaching these techniques. You will also work with the families to teach them new techniques for parenting that are consistent with ABA.
Other responsibilities will consist of providing social skills training, discrete trial instructions, prompting, reinforcing techniques, crisis prevention and positive behavior supports for each child who qualifies for ABA therapy.
This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned BCBA to make a difference for each child, their family, and for the community. You will be part of a team of professionals who have expertise in mental health modalities as well as ABA therapy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,209.47 - $70,101.73 per year
